LoanBunker.com was founded in 2014 by Marathon Mortgage Services, Inc. with a single conviction: that private lending works best when it is plainly stated and directly transacted. The mortgage business had grown crowded with intermediaries; we wanted a quieter room.
What began as a small ledger of trust-deed opportunities has become a national registry connecting vetted lenders, licensed brokers, and serious borrowers. We do not originate the loans, take a position, or mark up the terms. We simply keep the registry — honest, current, and secure.
Every member is verified. Every listing is backed by real, recorded property. And every introduction is made on the member's own terms. That discipline is why lenders who have deployed capital for decades still call LoanBunker the cleanest deal flow they've seen.
What we believe
